A success of any show is majorly based on its concept. If the concept is right, then making a design becomes much easier and so does execution. Our team at Projekt Konstrukt thrives to get the first step right by having a deep understanding of our Clients’ brands, their vision and their purpose for exhibiting followed by a few sketches and a lot of brainstorming within the team and with the client to reach the most appropriate concept.

3D Design

Once the concept is crystal, our Design Team is extremely efficient in converting the sketches on the drawing board to a Bespoke, Elegant and a Purposeful 3D Design Model, keeping in mind the essence of the concept, the design regulations of the Trade Fair and more importantly, the Client’s budget. From ceiling to floor, our stands are made with the inputs you desire.

Project Management

Here we head to the most important & cumbersome stage for planning a flawless execution and a timely delivery. Assigning a Team; Making Structural Drawings & Electrical Sketches; Coordination & Management for Organiser services orders, Material orders, organising furniture and AV equipment, graphic schedules, discussing carpentry and schedules, Transport, Logistics and Hazard Management if any…just describes this part in brief.

Stand Production

And the execution begins. Our expert team of carpentry studies the detailed drawings and designs and start realizing the 3D designs with great precision. We have invested in Modern and Updated, Cutting and Carving Equipment continue to do so in our workshops to ensure such precision and increase the output. Our team always makes sure that 80% of the stand gets ready at our workshop to avoid any trouble or delays at the Fairgrounds. We have the carpentry strength and total workshop area to construct 2250 sq meter of space in a single trade fair.

Graphics

Our highly skilled graphic production and installation team make sure that the most important aspect of the stand, the brand’s identity and the means of communication for our clients during the show, which are the company logos and the graphics, are produced and installed with great care and precision resulting in a great outcome.

Installation

This step for us is fairly easier owing to all the planning and hard-work done in the previous steps. Erecting the stand, paint jobs, graphics installation, furniture placement, AV installation, a few finishing touches & Timely Delivery is all that is required before our clients are ready to exhibit and shout out for a successful show.

Dismantling

The most ignored part in the services list needs maximum attention. Dismantling the stand without damaging the neighbouring stand and/or anything at the fairground is as important. After every show, our team ensures that they dismantle the stand very carefully and empty the space to avoid any waste disposal charges levied by the organiser.

Supervision

With our team being busy in installation, we always make sure, we assign a Supervisor for every show who can coordinate with the clients and complete the handover. Needless, to say our Supervisors are great at handling the 11th hour shortcomings faced by the clients whether it is their product placement or arranging extra furniture or a coffee machine or graphics at the last minute.

Allied Services

Lot of our clients ask for House Keeping Services, Cleaning Services, Interpreters, Waiters, Baristas, Receptionists, Storage of Materials, etc and we never say NO. We provide all these services for your fair should you require them.

Transportation & Logistics

Can you imagine a situation where the materials of the stand do not reach on time to the show? We work network with only licensed and experienced carriers for large stands and have our own transport for smaller stands to avoid any delay or damage
